BETHLEHEM, Pa.-Even in light of the economy's recent downturn, there is still good news for the class of 2008, according to a new report from the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). The spring 2008 issue of NACE's Salary Survey shows that, for the most part, average starting salary offers to 2007-2008 graduates are on the rise.

After nearly a month of practices, UTEP football caps off its spring season with the annual Spring Game tomorrow night at the Sun Bowl.
