A mammoth hunt and plenty of walking - that's pretty much all audiences can expect from "10,000 B.C." Still, this prehistoric flick isn't so bad. It's able to toss in ample amounts of action and even offers a few awkward chuckles. It isn't exactly a harrowing adventure as was presented in previews, but rather a scenic journey through a forgotten time.

Taking inspiration from diseases that deteriorate the human body, Adriana Corral's art abstractly depicts the beauty and ugliness of cellular infections with distorted bone and organ figures and a color palette inspired by fashion. Corral's art will be displayed in UTEP's Union Gallery through April 11; her exhibit is entitled "The Sweet Infestation" and is a collection of her paintings from the past two years.

Hailing from Toronto, Holy Fuck is a band that sounds like robots on a musical space journey. The band headlined Feb. 4 at Zeppelins Pub, 111 E. Robinson St. and had the large and cramped audience sweating, drinking and dancing to their brand of electronic freak-out rock.
